Cash Vanishes From Girl's gift voucher.
15 July 2010
-- Call three helped an Auburn girl get back money that vanished from an Urban Outfitters gift voucher.
Nicki Kiseleff was excited to get the gift voucher from her grandma for her graduation. She spent $60 online and should perhaps have had a balance of $140. "And when I went into the store it revealed the remaining balance was $29," Kiseleff declared. She paid money for the remainder of the things she acquired, but was still puzzled. "I was trying to work out how that might be possible," Kiseleff claimed. Her mum, Cheryl Kiseleff, called Urban Outfitters ' buyer service to discover why the balance on the card was wrong. Urban Outfitters told her that somebody employed the numbers on the card to make a purchase. "They told me the amount that was employed, that this was at the Roseville store, and what date. But they could not let me know far more than that," Cheryl Kiseleff expounded. The charge was made after the store closed. Call three approached Urban Outfitters and asked
about the after-hours charge. "Urban Outfitters contacted the customer's mum to amicably resolve this purchaser service issue. We say sorry for any aggravation this will have caused.". Nicki Kiseleff received a new gift voucher for the missing amount, $98.48. "I'm totally happy that they finally agreed to do the right thing," Cheryl Kiseleff said. One of the things which helped the case was that everybody saved their invoices -- leaving a paper trail with the initial amount on the card -- on how much was spent and how much should get left.
