How much effort are you prepared to expend? Would you like to lose pounds, or get in better shape, or eat better? What are you prepared to do to feel better, or to look better? Are you separated? Do you live by yourself? Have you got a family? What's necessary to you? What are your priorities? Are you a social person? Are you a moral person? It's time for you to become the person that you wish to be.

Running your own business is way different from working for somebody. Do you spend lots of time on the Internet? What do you look at? Do you look for things to boost your life?
