China 'unfairly seen as eco-villain'.
14 January 2010
The Chinese should give us some wish for the future not dismay. Why does China emit so much CO2? As it has the biggest population in the world and is the second biggest exporter in the world. I ponder if any of one of the OECD country can bring its per capita emissions to the Chinese levels and then point finger at China. The sole thing that folks frequently miss when they moan about the standard of products made in China is that you get what you pay. We need fresh air as well and we'll do our best, but that shouldn't mean that we deserve to be needed to sacrifice. We'll have become as the Daleks Nick Hales, Bath, Britain . I have lived in so many nations both the east and the west. Over the last few decades, China has been a scapegoat so you fellows have somebody to indicate your fingers at when things happen. I'm a foreign Chinese Before I moved ouf of Inner Mongolia.I thought wind means full of sand, dus
plastic be blowed each where. I've not attempted dogs or moggies yet, but I'm really not hypocritical enough to condemn those that do because of my very own preference for pork. Count our imports and we can't have hit our Kyoto target at all. The people here will all talk about how they remember when you might fish in the brooks and swim in the sea, which is now not the case. I do not see much wrong with the skinning of dogs that are farmed as food ; we eat meat and many of us have tiny against leather.
If a culture's standpoint is that dogs are great pets and also good stews, why waste their skins? Leon, Yorks, UK. We are on this planet together - let us take care of it together. In China, I have learnt to trust the facts and not the words. On the topic of the rampant Chinese economy the issue of Co2 does naturally have to be addresed as a matter of pressure. It's not however the sole crisis facing humankind now. Infact i work in an office and drive to work and iam as the remainder of you reading this guilty of putting myself before our home. I think you make far too much of them signing and ratifying Kyoto. My understanding is they would not agree to any cap in any way. Our EARTH doesn't care what p.c of energy the folk use.
